The dictionary defines scam as: "a confidence game or other fraudulent scheme, especially for making a quick profit". "Fraudulent scheme" "quick profit" History shows that scams are typically short-lived; people are not fools. Almost always, sooner rather than later, people wise up to a scam, and it dies as quickly as it started.
As for Site Build It (SBI) being a scam, let's look at what SBI! is and the people who use it. Site Build It is the only all-in-one package of process, software, guidance, and help that enables anyone to create a successful e-business. A scam is actually categorized by a) getting money out of you, and then disappearing quickly ("quick profit"), or b) continually getting money out of you ("fraudulent scheme"), by having you buy add-ons.
If Site Build It were a scam, you would be bombarded by regular e-mails, with "necessary" additional tools that you need to run your business. This is completely absent with SBI.
