Well, sounded interesting. I would like to accept this task so I paid a visit to Tee Support's home page (http://www.teesupport.com/) and started my researchMy search results were the following:

1) All their signup processes were protected using secure SSL encryption, the same level of encryption used by leading banks. It indicated things like though your PC was infected by virus, you could feel relaxed while inputting information in their signup web page;

3) Tee Support claimed that they had highly trained Microsoft certified engineers with professional ethics. Well, if it was true, it would certainly add scores to Tee Support. From my point of view, if a company which expected a perdurable develepment should be faithful and reliable to its customers always.

To be extra safe, I advised Samuel firstly ordered Tee Support's a yearly plan only to observe whether Tee Support was completely reliable and it proved that my search result was right. Now, Samuel has purchased Tee Support's yearly service plan for the rest of 12 computers in his company.
