Have you ever thought you were hearing voices?
For those of you that haven't, start listening harder. For those that have, stop worrying now. I grant you that there are voices, and then there are voices. For the purposes of this article the one called Inner Voice will do just fine, aka: Intuition, Higher Self, The Heart, Gut Feeling, Sixth Sense....
Recognizing it is not that difficult. You may simply hear it, either with you ears, or in your head, or in the heart.
I have actually felt my Inner Voice. It feels like some kind of activity within, resulting in a thought or words or an idea or emotion.
You can bring it on with a question. If there is something you are needing to know, just ask. Ask the Universe, and then wait for the answer. When it comes, it will come from within you, as that Inner Voice. There are times that no question has been asked, but something seems to be coming through anyway. This is an example of information coming in on a need to know basis.
Have you ever come up with some response that made you say: "Where the heck did I get this from?" That's your spiritual connection doing it's thing.
There are times we seek out our Inner Voice, and there are time our Inner Voice seeks us out. Did you know that is is part of our spiritual birthright to go deep within, ask, and receive answers and solutions when in need? Well, it is. So why don't more beings do so more often? Because seekers, we have more faith in others than in ourselves and in Universal Perfection. As children, we were always asking "Why", and on good days, we received answers. So many just continue asking and seeking externally. Why not, since it worked so well for us as children.
But please realize that nobody know what is best for you. They may think they do, but you travel on your own soul journey and along with that comes a bit or responsibility you take for yourself. There is no harm in seeking advice from people we love and trust, but their advice can only can come from where they stand on their spiritual path.
I personally choose to receive the tailor made answer from my Higher Self, which is perfectly perfect for me.
Ever get a great idea, and shout: "Hey, what a great idea"? Do you think where did it come from? Why today? Why now?
Your inner world is a great friend. Meet it, get to know it, hang out with it.
The best way is through Meditation. Create the peace and quiet you need to meet your Higher Self, and tap into your own wealth of wisdom. Since there is no time like the present, start on the path today!
