Even the new personal computer may be performing too slow, especially if the manufacturer of your Computer installed before you received it some unneeded applications ahead of purchase. There are some icons hidden in the task-bar that in fact is running in the background while you are doing your work. This means that it could eat up some of the free storage capacity from your PC, making it function slower as multiple applications are running.

If you want to make sure, click right on top of the task-bar and also then select "task manager" and the Windows Task Manager should pop-up. You can even open this by mashing the shortcut "control-alt-delete" key while the computer is on but be careful and simply push the shortcut key once or your PC will restart itself.
