This tends to make your hair fall prematurely during the later months, even when the stressful period is over. When hair loss is caused by trauma, a person can actually lose up to four thousand strands per day, and can really be alarming.

Treatment for Hair Loss


There are natural ways to restore hair. A person suffering from hair loss can strengthen hair with coconut oil, mustard oil and castor oil. Simply mix these ingredients in equal quantities. Apply the mixture on scalp and leave it overnight and shampoo in the morning. For this to be effective, process should be done once a week. After the initial stress, your body should be able to recover the normal hair growth within six to twelve months.

Of course, consulting with a doctor is always the best practice at this point, especially since hair loss is due to stress. The doctor will ask about patient's diet, previous medications, illnesses, or in case of female patients, doctor will ask about menstrual cycle, pregnancies and menopause after which, a series of physical tests will be conducted. Treatments and additional medications will be given depending on result of exam.

Another effective way to minimize hair loss is meditation. It is recommendable to meditate for at least fifteen minutes every day in a clean and quiet environment.
