And not to forget, there are women whom naturally have uneven sized breasts and would like to resize and reshape one of the breast to become more proportional.

Thus we can see that it is not always about having an increase in size when one opt for breast augmentation. There are many other reasons that have lead to women requiring such surgeries as well.
