Island Orthopaedic Group comprised of Island Orthopaedic Consultants and SportsMed Central was established in 1995. It is a large team of senior orthopaedic and sports surgeons/physicians practicing at all the major private hospitals1 and medical centres in Singapore. As a team, the Specialists specialise in general and reconstructive orthopaedics and trauma, reconstructive spine surgeries (including minimally invasive approaches) and sports medicine and surgery.

Their combined expertise ensures patients receive holistic care for a wide spectrum of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Their advanced surgical techniques enable patients to have smaller scars, less blood loss and post operative pain, shortening their hospital stay, which in turn lowers their hospital bill sizes. Patients are also able to return more quickly to their work and resume their normal activities.
