. Aerolam Insulation has implemented stringent quality checks and high standard of safety as a part of implementation of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 under the guidance of Global Manager Group. GMG has trained all the employees and supporting staff of Aerolam for day to day implementation of quality management system and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). In the quality and occupational health and safety management system implementation, all the activities of the company were reviewed in details during Hazard identification and Risk assessment. At the end of review of all the activities OH&S Hazard and Risk register was prepared. Global Manager Group helped them in creating ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 documents like iso 9001 quality manual, ohsas 18001 manual, OH&S procedures, 9001 policy, health and safety guidelines, work instruction as per OHSAS 18001 standards, iso 9001 checklists, ohsas 18001 audit checklists etc.

An internal ISO auditor from Global Manager Group says - "All the processes were reviewed and critical processes were identified in the given time limits, based on those stringent quality checks, which were explained to the Aerolam staff and started its day to day implementation."
