JR Ridinger is the founder of Market America. Loren Ridinger, his wife, is Senior Vice President. Through their success with Market America they have become celebrities in their own right, and hang out with Hollywood A-Listers like Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria-Parker.

JR took the decision to become in involved in MLM when a scare on board a boat persuaded him to quit him job as a marine biologist. He founded several companies before arriving at the magic formula that was Market America.
