Jai ho Sachin India won the world cup cricket semifinal against Pakistan by 29 runs

India played Pakistan in the semifinals of the world cup. Thematch was played under great expectation as thetwo teamshave been bitter rivals over the years. There is always a tension whenever the 2teams play a cricket match. The pressure was further raised by the media hype and political pressure due the talk initiation between the 2 countries which had stopped after the unfortunated incidents couple of years back.

It was a great matchas expcetedeven thoughthere were some hiccups on the way. One thing that raised some eyebrows was the way Pakistan fielded and then later on in the game the way theychased, there were some questions to be raised. It was not clear what was going on. In fact they dropped quite a few catches of Sachin Tendulkar which is not to be expected at this level of game. Some of the catches were just sitter and I was bewildered to see the catches dropped even though I am a big fan of Sachin Tendulkar and being an Indian I wanted India to win badly. I just hope it was just the pressure of the cup and nothing wrong in the drops. The way Pakistan team batted was also bit fishy whereby some of there best batsman batted slowly. There was not much fightback except in the end whereby the last wicket created some scare among the bowling.

I wish all the best to the Team India for the Final in Mumbai and hope that they will win the world cup for the 1 billion people and also for its little master who has entertained the world for more than 20 years and now is at the fag end of his career. This is definitely the last world cup for Sachin and I hope he goes with a big smile and world cup in his name and his picture with world cup.
