Jewelry Display
I have recently become aware of a further use for Jewelry Display Stands
. That is to say not just the standard use of displaying jewelry to sell. Why not use the wonderful variety of
Jewelry Display stands and holders to organize and display your personal jewelry at home?
Several months ago I broke my large jewelry box in a move. I wrapped my jewelry in a towel and then stuffed the towel in a large zip lock bag for safety. Well, needless to say, I did not wear much jewelry after that as it was so hard to get to and I also lost a valuable ring somewhere in that unorganized mess. I had to find a good way to keep my jewelry safe and organized!
I went to visit a friend and she showed me her latest home project. Yes, using jewelry display stands,
Jewelry Display and a large jewelry box she had created a completely organized and beautiful display for her jewelry. I told her my story and that I had been looking for a solution to storing my jewelry safely and organizing it in such a way I could find what I was looking for at a glance.
Whether you sell diamond or costume jewelry you have competitors, so drive ahead of your competitors by simply adding colors to your packaging. Most jewelry retailers generally display on black velvet or beige displays. They also generally give the customer either a white cotton box or if selling high quality jewelry a generic black velvet box. Some of them even display inside these boxes. Using these plain colors is standard in the industry and also boring.
Adding color to your jewelry displays and boxes will make your jewelry stand out. It will also give a uniqueness to your jewelry that will cause the browser to become a purchaser. The best way to add color is to divide it into sections. For example you can set up a section for displaying your darker gemstones (like onyx), these can be displayed on gray, pink or white displays. Dark jewelry against a light color display will make your jewelry pop. The reverse is also true, so your silver or lighter colored jewelry can be displayed on dark blue or burgundy displays.
Sections of the same color displays implies quality jewelry, so always keep the same display colors together. It's never good to mix colors as it lowers the perceived value of your jewelry.
Many jewelers display some of their jewelry directly in the boxes. The same thought applies here, section according to jewelry type and box color. Don't be afraid to use unique colors such as cocoa, pastel pink, deep purple and natural kraft. Of course all depending on the jewelry you are selling
