The Jitterbug phone is all about simplicity. It's as simple as that. The simplicity comes from a two button system (yes or no) which really is intuitive for users. It features a 10 digit dial pad and has a dial tone when opened, just like a home phone. Additionally, in the vein of simplicity, you can access a live operator 24 hours a day. And you can access a live nurse for another $4 a month. This phone won't do anything special, but it will save up to 50 contacts, call you friends and loved ones, and will be easy to understand.

For those that find simplicity is exactly what they need, you need the Jitterbug Phone. Most people are very satisfied with their phones, but there have been some complaints of course and you may have found from searching online.
