Jobs That Will Continue To Serve In Generations To Come
There will always be jobs that will never be obsolete
. Though there are a number of new jobs that have sprouted up in the last twenty years, there is that base of jobs that will continue to serve society for generations to come. Here is but a small list of those vocations that have been around and will always be around whether we like it or not:
- Doctors. The need for the survival implies that we need people to heal us and to take care of us when we get injured. Doctors have now specialized into specific fields but there will always be a need for this profession in the years to come.
- Lawyers. Some people may shudder at this profession but it is a necessary one. Specialists are also needed in very specific areas. For example, getting a San Diego DUI Defense lawyer to contest a DUI charge may seem very trivial but if one sees the complexities of DUI laws in San Diego, it is the best thing to do. Lawyers will be around to legally contest things and resolve arguments and disagreements without resorting to violence.
- Policemen and Soldiers. We need this branch of service to enforce our laws and guard our fellow countrymen. Wouldn't it be nice to finally have world peace? But it is unlikely that it will happen and the presence of these policemen and soldiers are our safeguards that anarchy does not reign.
- Teachers. We live for our children. We exist in this world to leave a mark and more often that mark is an offspring that not only continues the existence of our family name but extends the history of our civilization and beliefs. Teachers have the herculean task of helping us make our kids' better citizens and better people, maybe even better than us. In loco parenti, or on the place of parents, are what teachers essentially do as they help mold the minds and character of our children.
- Engineers and Architects. We need these builders to help us remain safe and sheltered. These craftsmen are responsible for making our towns and cities by constructing the houses, bridges, and walls that keep us safe from the elements of nature.
- Farmers. We need to eat to survive and the presence of the farmers will always be needed in the end to provide us nourishment and sustain our very existence. They have the knowledge and know how to cultivate a sustainable product from the ground and with their skills and help, the world still becomes sustainable for us.
