How that easy to be Happy and to be Joyful in your life

, the key is when u can just stay connecting with the Now.! Its seem like easy to say about it, but it seem like not easy to do or to understand how we can make itRight?

As we know our life is the combination of the Mind Soul and Body. In this cause we must know that. The Mind is so powerful in our life and the Mind always moving like a monkey as it never stop and its pretend like its our boss and its beyond our control. Its so funny about this. Hahahahhaha When we would like to thinking of something then the mind become blank! When we need to find the peace or being stillness then the mind become confusing and moving around! See? The Mind so stubborn As its just try to show us that Hahahahaha Im not your, I am free from u and u cant control me!

Yes its true like that we are not own the mind and the other true is the mind like a shy monkey! So every times when we keep watching or observing the mind action as we watching the children when they play around then the mind so shy and its turn to slow down in action and sometime its going to stop that action or sometime its just hiding it self because its so shy monkey and as because they dont like someone watching them. Then its become still or maybe just slow down.

This is how its work We will never telling the mind to not do something or stop doing something because its not going to work but we will only watch the mind and be a good friend with our mind. Since now Everywhere u go ,I will go with u but not that long because I have something to do ~Everything U think I will watching u~ Every sensation u feel, I will observe u !!! Thats all!!! Thats all we need, this is what we can do to our good friends. We can just always be together but we not own each other .We only a good friend Thats what I going to tell u the mind, I love u thats why I take care of u by watching U and we belong to each other so we sharing everything together and we understand each other we keep our friendship we have space and we have this understanding all the time U are not own me and I wont own u.

That is the Key of Joyful in your life. Only when u knows u has nothing to do with the mind. You no need to change them and the best thing u can do is to let it be and keep watching them. U will be able to do this entire when u youre your own wisdom to know and understand that, u are not own the mind. And only when u knows the mind habit very well and when u can remember that the mind is so shy and its always move around like a monkey and its very stubborn! Only when u know and understand one important law of this world that is everything will pass, as everything always change, everything and every life is stay under the law of impermanent. Thats how u can be able to except the true of this world and use to stay with Now.

The best u can do in your life is to be with Now as Now is Joy of life. Life is always changing so u can have the best Happiness in your life by just understand the law of changing and to stay connecting with this Moment. So its no point to keep yourself worries for something in the future or to keep yourself thinking or feeling something in the pass . Because u already have a chance to feel the bliss and get the big gift of life by enjoy this moment of life and stay connecting with this Present then u will be able to see the beautiful of life in this moment. U will see Joy of your life.

Life is for Joy and Joy is Now. Thats why to stay with Now is the great thing in your life. Find your own way find your own Joy :)
