With its one-piece 6061 aluminum inlet makes the Typhoon Air Intake Kit for a practically unlimited supply of air. And more especially cold air is led to the engine and thus increases the performance. The Typhoon Air Intake Kit replaces original airbox, together with the original inlet and the filter element. By the application of the air flow technology, such as K & N, which has developed, the Typhoon Air Intake Kit an optimum in combination with the K & N air filter. On average, for the K & N Typhoon Kit for Honda Pilot - 3.5 a capital gain of 5 to 15 hp achieved.

Typhoon Air Intake Kits are available for Honda Pilot and in three different colors: red, blue, silver and polished aluminum. All Typhoon Air Intake Kits are provided with a conical K & N washable air filter with the legendary 1.6 million km warranty.

Special connection sharing Nirosta provide a nice appearance and a very strong connection of the tubes, adapters and connectors.

K & N's washable filter X-stream is used in many cases, for the highest possible in the air passage.

Precision CNC manufactured from 6061 aluminum adapter ensures that the data of the air flow meter are not distorted.

Powder coated steel brackets are used in those cases where high speeds and extreme strong vibrations in the air filter system can occur.

Special strong hose adapters made of Dupont Nomex Silicone (4-ply) assure protection against vibration, temperature and mechanical wear.

Made of silicone rubber dampers are used to the engine to absorb vibrations.

The one-piece suction tube of 6061 aluminum ensures adequate air flow.

Available colors for Honda Pilot: red, blue, silver or polished aluminum.

for Honda Pilot Additional protection (Nylon cover) is included in many kits (CA and CAA). This protects the filter from water spray.
