Why these products are still around is because the product creators intended to have residual income for life from these products. Therefore they are still selling them.
There will be stunning ad copy claiming to teach 'revolutionary new techniques' that will have you making 'hundreds of thousands in your first month' but in truth they are teaching what would have had you making hundreds of thousands in your first month if it were the year 2000.
When you are considering buying a training course of any kind check if they at least offer a few sample videos or sample books that you can check before buying. This will show you if what you will find inside is truly revolutionary or simply a rehash of what you already knew.
After that test out what they teach or at the very least check to see if it makes sense to you.
You might buy the most amazing course in the world but if it doesn't make sense to you then it will be useless.
Visiting a book store recently I found 12 books that taught predominantly the same things about internet marketing the only difference being the packaging. 12! The part that was even more shocking was that these books were teaching methods that worked in years past.
There were even certain books mentioning sites that I know have closed down and methods that no longer work. I was able to discern all of this because I know quite a large amount about internet marketing but had I been a novice I would have been 'suckered in' to buying all 12.
The last thing I will say is if you find a product that is good and you know it might help other marketers then share the knowledge about it. Also if you find a product that isn't then let them know it's not worth it. Though you won'
