Kegel 8 Plus Pelvic Toner-a Faster Way To Cure Incontinence

The Kegel 8 Toners are designed to help women deal with often difficult and embarrassing incontinence. Incontinence is very common in women following childbirth or simply due to natural aging. For many years, doctors have advocated doing traditional "kegel exercises" which consist of a series of squeeze and release exercises of the vagina. There is an inherent problem with this though-when Doctor Kegel designed his now-famous exercises, he never intended that they be done on an empty vagina and he therefore taught women to exercise whilst a primitive version of some of today's manual pelvic toners in place.

Things have moved on considerably now, and it has been found that by using an electronic device such as the Kegel 8 Plus, results can be seen much faster, with many more women being cured of their incontinence. Not only do electronic devices work fast due to the thousands of tiny muscular contractions they are able to deliver in a short space of time, but women feel they take away the uncertainty and monotony of trying to complete the exercises manually.

The Kegel 8 Plus models consist of two parts- a handheld controlling device with a digital display and a wider probe than the standard model which is suitable for women who feel that their vaginal muscles are particularly weak or slackened. They are simple to program and each exercise session lasts just a few minutes. For best results, the device should be used twice a day at first and then around 3 times a week for maintenance, once you have achieved the desired level of vaginal muscle tightness.
