As a women you might have heard of doing kegels at one time or another. Kegels basically are an exercise that helps you tighten your vaginal muscles to provide more pleasure and satisfaction during sex. Many women might not understand how to correctly do this exercise and just give up on the concept all together. Once you understand how to properly perform the exercise you can have a very pleasurable sexual experience.

I was one of the women that knew very little about kegels and wanted to find out if it would give me more pleasure. At first I took advice from some of my friends and tried doing what I thought was a kegel exercise but when I would have sex it would feel the same and in some very rare cases it would feel worse.
