I was devastated. That's when it hit me. That's when I realized how many world class fighters are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practicioners. Fabricio Werdum, Wanderlei Silva, and Vitor Belfort to name a few. I felt an intense desire to learn and perfect it. I felt that if it had led to the defeat of Fedor, the man that many top analysts consider to be the greatest fighter that has ever lived, then it must be worthwhile. I looked through several Jiu Jitsu video series and training manuals and whatnot. Some were good, some were bad, some were decent. Out of all of them, I'd highly recommend Keith Owen's program located here for anyone who would like to learn this amazing combat art.
