The amazing thing is that she is not as strict about her diet or her workout program. She has admitted that she goes to the gym consistently which is t least 3 times a week.
Her main focus is cardio which she does for an hour and a half to two hours. Now, that is a lot of cardio, and it does tend to burn a lot of calories. However, this amount of cardio that she does can destroy the muscle that she has.
It is also surprising that with all the cardio that she does, she never does any kind of muscle work. She never lift any weights. Her main focus is cardio day and day out.
Another surprising fact that I learned about her is that she does not count any calories. She basically eats whatever amount of whatever she wants to eat at any given time. This can be a goo thing because the calories will fluctuate and the body does not get used to any type of calorie intake, which can work to her advantage.
As you can see, she is not the most structured or disciplined person at the gym, and it is clear that there is no personal trainer because if there was then she is not doing her job properly.
Based on the kind of work that she does at the gym, she still manages to have a nice looking body, which maybe we can attribute to her genes.
As for the rest of us, we need to have a proper workout routine and we need all the help that we can get. Working out 3 to 4 times a week is quite adequate however, one needs to use that time constructively, which is what she is not doing.
