Kinds and Definition of Marriage and Child Rearing
The unmarried couples are advised to have the right knowledge and understanding of what marriage is before entering into and binding themselves in to its contracts. This knowledge will guide either when a point in time comes when one or both will find that the relationship is not worth keeping. This will lead into the filing of a legal separation or divorce.
Most of the time, it is the wife who files for a divorce. But in some cases, it could be that the situation is the other way around. Husbands may feel that the relationships they are in are beyond something that is repairable.
Marriage is generally considered as the coming together as one by a man and a woman. Different societies in different countries have different ways of administering a marriage vow. But one of the most indispensable purpose of marriage is the bringing forth of a child or children. And raising them in a manner that is worthy of the society he or she is placed in.
A clearly defined set of roles for a wife and husband has been applied in some societies today. Although in modern days, some parents may take turns in taking care of and rearing their child or children. It is not a necessity to leave the wife at home to take care of them at all times.
Fixed and arranged marriages, marriages done only through legal means and marriage officiated by a priest, are some forms or methods that marriage is administered.
