New York city the grate big apple ,the city that never sleeps day in and day out
the streets are busy with cars ,vans and transport truck in the busy avenues and cross streets. Having lived in this grate city for 15 years now I must say I have had my share of brake downs and in wait of a Towing companyto show up in all odd hours of the day well I guess that comes along with having an 1998 year car and not up to its regular maintenance up keeps. This past December New York had a snow blizzard where hundreds of cars and trucks where broken down and snowed in . All the boroughs was at a stand still for a few days , schools were closed and cars scattered in all highways and regular streets in the city ,where the snow plows had a hard time cleaning the streets. Kips Bay Towing had hundreds of calls from stranded motorist most of them on highways, unfortunately not all towing companiescan provide service on highways here in new York city due to a contract license that is in need and only one towing company is given that permit after a bid is placed and won by that company.
Kips Bay Towing in Manhattan was busy 24 hours a day trying to keep the volume of the clients and callers that had got there number from the internet. My car been stuck in the snow for one hour called Kips Bay towing company .And I was given good advise by the dispatcher not to skid the tires in one place trying to get out of the snow if so the transmission will burn out, but then it was too late. Wish I had called them sooner .Kips Bay Towing like a Knight in shining armor came to the rescue and towed me to there repair shop and saved the day
