Look for food items that do not have food labels as they have not been messed around with by man. Implementing these two strategies will go a very long way towards knocking off a decade or two from your looks, the way you feel and the way you function. Slowing down the aging process is no longer something you do later in life; you need to take steps to do it before you get to that point and as early as possible.
