Know why your skin age
Everyone said that youth is the best years of human being
. The age between 20 to 39 years is when human life to the fullest of their life with only a little worry about their health and appearance since they are in the peak of life.
Research shows that there are, in fact, two distinct types of aging. Aging caused by the genes we inherit is called internal aging, also known as the natural aging process, is a continuous process that normally begins in our mid-20s. Within the skin, collagen production slows, and elastin, the substance that enables skin to return into place, has a bit less spring. As we are getting older, dead skin cells do not shed as quickly and turnover of new skin cells may decrease slightly.
The other type of aging is known as external aging and is caused by environmental factors, such as direct exposure to the sun's rays. People who live in sun-intense areas, can show signs of photoaging in their 20s. The other factors that affecting this extrinsic aging are gravity, smoking, your sleeping positions, and, surprisingly, your facial expression.
As we grow older, our skins maybe as not as springy as we were in our youth. However, we could slow down the aging process by having foods that contain
anti oxidants or change our habit. Even people who have smoked for many years, or smoked heavily at a younger age, show less facial wrinkling and improved skin tone when they quit smoking. If those things were not enough, try to apply
anti aging cream to keep the youthfulness of our skin.
