1. The first step is to cut the name tag that you are going to laminate and fit it into the laminating sleeve which designed to fit around the luggage tag. After that, you need to put the trimmed tag into the sleeve and then you can turn on the machine.

2. The second step is to let the laminating machine warm for about ten to fifteen minutes. After the machine gets warm, you can choose the fast speed for your name tag.

3. The third step is to slowly feed the closed side of the sleeve into the laminating machine. Then, you need to line up the sleeve in the straight line at right angles to the edge of the machine, and push it into the machine smoothly.

4. The fourth step is to stop pushing the sleeve when the machine starts to carry it. When the lamination process is completed, the sleeve is going to emerge on the other side. If your name tag is smaller than the sleeve, you can trim the excess plastic to make the tag looks good.
