Kovalam is one of the most popular cities when it comes to scenic beauty and it is this which helps attracting a lot of is tourists.
At a distance of some 13 kilometers from the Trivandrum, this is a place which offers a lot to tourists, the city boasts of the having three beaches, all in the shape of a crescent. Not just this but also the old Hindu temples, grand churches and also a mosque.
Kovalam is gaining new importance in the light of several Ayurvedic salons, and recuperation and regeneration resorts. Resorts which are gaining a lot of popularity these days because of the grown awareness about the Ayurveda and it being in vogue. The tourists can go surfing, wooden boating and motor boating.
