This experiment hence adds into light keeping up with the wellness of human body and mind. To add in to the list, light therapy has had positive results on human skin as well. For those concerned with drug free treatments for acne, for example, blue and red light therapy has paved out new approaches to this persisting skin problem. With a controlled amount of these light intensities projected onto the affected area, the former subside the bacterial growth within hence aiding in to a sustained yet retreating disease! Despite that, light therapy can also make you look younger again! Surprised? Don't be!
