The tax benefits that the government is offering on this fuel are huge and it serves as an added attraction for people who want to get this conversion done. There are lots of myths about LPG. Some people believe that it slows down the engine and it no longer performs as well as it should. This is not true. If that had been the case, so many people would not opt for this fuel. Companies would have advised people buying their cars against getting LPG systems done. But that is certainly not the case. When it comes to getting this conversion done, a big concern among vehicle owners seems to be the huge cost that they have to incur while getting this conversion done. Well, that may be the case but if you look at the long term benefits of LPG, you will realize that this money will be well spent. And moreover, it's not as if you have to spend this money again and again. You should look at it like a one-time investment that will help you reap benefits in the future.
