I understand why! This is the most wanted hair treatment since the Yuko System from Japan (which is amazing) however La Brasiliana is a lot more flexible and doesn't make the hair as flat.

The process is simple. You shampoo the hair with a clarifying shampoo and then finger dry until 90% of the moisture has been removed from the hair. You apply a liberal amount of the treatment which is a bit like conditioner to the hair in 1 cm deep sections. You then blow dry the hair with a round brush to make it smooth, before going through the hair with straightening irons. The heat from the irons delivers the treatment deep into the cuticle. This makes the hair more manageable, gives excellent shine and takes away all frizzes. You have to wait three days before you shampoo the hair (which is the only down side) but when you do the excess products is removed and the hair is even softer, silkier and sexier!

The Yuko System Hair Straightening System from Japan is the one. Most people with difficult hair dream of silky poker straight hair so this is the answer. There is only one result though. With The Permanent Blow Dry your hair is still left with body and movement. With very curly corkscrew curls, the hair will return to it's curl, but with gloss and shine we never thought imaginable. HERE IT IS. This answers the problems of some many people. Almost everyone will benefit from this treatment, it i so flexible!

There have been some negative press reviews about La Brasiliana. The main concern is that it may contain Formaldehyde. This is a carcinogenic chemical known for its preservative properties. The particular brand I use is Global Keratin who makes a point that their product contains no Formaldehyde. The other treatments that do contain this chemical apparently only have 0.02 percent anyway. The concern is the fumes that are released when straightening the hair (vapor) may be toxic. I always use a fan to blow the fumes out of the way when working. This is also more comfortable for the technician and client alike.

I am very busy with The Permanent Blow Dry, and have no complaints whatsoever to date. Only repeat business. If you are a busy Mother of three, or a super model this treatment will help you look your best. A lot of clients have it done before their holiday to ensure they can swim and sunbathe without looking bad.
