Going to third party Freelancer websites is bad for both web developers and clients.

There should be honorable work. Freelancers should not behave like servants. I leave any work if I see employer behaving in uncivilized manner. Money is not more important than personal dignity and honor. I give free advice but I do not design or develop anything as a sample. In short, there is very limited work available and most of the clients want their work in lowest price. There are large numbers of web developers so they contact other. Since there is little work available less educated or less experience designers takes work on shameless terms.
