Lady Gaga Wears Makeup to Bed 7 Nights a Week

Contrary to popular belief that wearing makeup to bed is a big taboo when it comes to skin care, Lady Gaga admitted to People Magazine that she goes to bed seven nights a week without washing her face, but some how is able to keep her skin in such tip top shape.

Gaga claims when she was young she always felt like a "freak". Since her school didn't allow the application of makeup, she used to indulge with cosmetics before going to bed.

"When I was young, I felt like a freak in school and I had to put my make up on when I got home before I went to bed because I wasn't allowed to wear make-up in school," Gaga told WWD.

"When I walked around the corner and saw Boy George in the window of a MAC store, I said, I feel just like that!' Why is that attitude nowhere else?" she added.

So how does this pop diva keep her skin flawless?

Well first of all Gaga admits that it's not a practice that people should follow because it's bad for your skin.

"That is not good for your skin, but I'm blessed with good genes," Gaga tells People Magazine. So it comes down to the genes debate again. Some people are just blessed with good skin while others are plagued with blemishes and wrinkles.

Yes, genes play a big part in skin beauty, but I wouldn't be following the Gaga path so soon. Lets not forget she is only 24 years old, an age where skin is youthful and radiant. It'll be a different story when she's 34 or 44. If she continues this nasty habit, I'm pretty sure her good genes won't save her skin for too much longer.

Her hair for example is not so lucky, and it's already beginning to fall out due to the countless dye treatments she done. Gaga is a natural brunette, and since launching her career, she has constantly dyed her hair to maintain the blonde look. This continuous hair abuse has come with a price.
