It would also give you a lot of flexibility and the opportunity to visit towns like Keswick, Ambleside on your own for market shopping and for just looking around. These villages oversee the superb Ullswater Lake.

All Lake District cottages are well equipped with all amenities including cable television and other entertainment media including the internet. The kitchens have all the necessary white good utilities like dishwashers, ovens and washing machines. You can even enjoy a hot tub bath at some of the cottages. They give you a homely comfort feeling and a chance to be close to local life, which may not be possible when you stay at any of the bigger hotels. There are also conventional thatched cottages that can accommodate two and four people depending on their size. There are also clusters of cottages that can fit much larger groups and that are indeed drawing a lot of interested tourists to this place.
