After a long time bollywood has started again shooting in Kashmir.Rahul dholakia the national film award winner has brought up a film on Kashmir lamhaa the untold story of Kashmir which describes the actual beauty and actual ongoing activities of the life of the people and gives the glimpse of Kashmir's well known beauty all over the world. In this film the characters are Sanjay Dutt,Bipasha Basu,Kunal Kapoor ,Anupam Kher ,Shernaz Patel and Vishwajeet Pradhan.the film lamhaa is produced by bunty walia and jaspreet Singh walia{G.S entertainment}. The story is base upon Lamhaa (Hindi: , Urdu: ) is an upcoming 2010 bollywood action film written and directed by Rahul Dholakia beautiful Cinematography by Jamie fowlds . Set in Kashmir the film is a story about an army man, played by Sanjay Dutt, and his love interest, played by Bipasha Basu in the midst of the various issues that Kashmir had faced for years. It also features Anupam Kher and Kunal Kapoor in supporting roles. Kashmir... once known as a paradise on earth, it is now a playground of Devils. A company is generating millions of unaccountable dollars that benefit all powers- from politicians and leaders to bureaucrats in the Indian and Pakistani intelligence. From high ranking army and police officers to the militants and their supporters, everyone gets a piece of the pie.

The Military Intelligence gets a whiff of a plot that is likely to disrupt and possibly paralyze Kashmir. Vikram is sent to investigate this highly confidential mission using the identity of Gul Jehangir. The same day that he lands in the valley, Hajji a top separatist leader, survives a blast. Could there be a connection between the blast and the operation?

To solve this conundrum, Vikram teams up with Aziza, Hajji's young, aggressive and outspoken protge. The intensity of their beliefs and their will to survive against all odds creates a special bond between them. They embark together on a journey full of intrigue, suspicion, betrayal and danger, to uncover the truth.

What seems like a routine investigation ends up being an operation that will change the perspectives and ideologies of both Vikram and Aziza as it exposes the dirty secrets of a state's fight for freedom, the corrupt nexus of politicians, intelligence, militancy and the crucification of idealistic and passionate people. In such a scenario, are bullets and bombs the only solution?

Will wisdom prevail in the valley of flowers so the common Kashmiri is not sacrificed in the crossfire of politics? Will Vikram manage to restore peace and normalcy in the heaven turned hell?

I as the citizen of Jammu Kashmir hope that this film will give us the real glimpse of the life of the people and the beauty of Kashmir.
