To back up this statement look at the market today. You might find three buyers for every ten that were in the market three years ago. It would be nice to be able to adjust down on your price and still make money and in many cases just get out.

I suggest that if this is your first time to buy land for sale in Alabama, try your luck in Mobile County or Baldwin County. These are both good location to Mobile but yet far enough out to get the deal we are all looking for.
