Violation of rent agreement, non-payment of rent, intentionally damage to property, unlawful acts etc. are some reasons which can remove the tenant from home. Landlord is required to give 3 days notice to tenant or he/she can follow the steps of agreement.

Rent Hike Landlord has right to increase the rent by 10% every year. Property owner is required to give notice of 30 days in order to increase rent. 60 days notice is required if you want to increase the rent more than 10%.

Pets It is advisable to follow no pet rules. If landlord allows tenant to bring pet, then it is necessary to list every allowed pet in agreement.
