If any landlord wants to end the tenancy, he needs to give a 30 or 60 day notice as per the situation to the tenant.
The tenant is also bound to follow the landlord & tenant law blog, when he enters this agreement with landlord. As the landlord needs to follow certain rules, same tenant also have to take care of rules and regulations. The tenant always has to check that they enter into the written contract. The tenant and landlord can agree mutually on oral agreement but if the tenant want the property for more than a year, the written agreement is preferable. The tenant has the right to enter the good condition property and can ask the landlord to improve the condition of the property before entering the property. The tenant cannot obstruct landlord to do his role. If the tenant ignores any conditions agreed, the landlord can give legal notice against the tenant. If the tenant ignores the notices for more time, the landlord can file for eviction from property in court. Sometimes the landlord asks for the amount of deposit along with rent for the first month of the tenancy. When tenant ends the agreement it becomes landlords responsibility to refund the deposit within 31 days of the termination of the landlord & tenant law agreement.
