Do you find that your current landscaping is rather boring? Would you like to have a refreshing curbe appeal but worry about the high costs involved with hiring someone to get the job done for you? Many people are afraid that getting landscaping done for their home can be pricey and might be too difficult to have done by yourself.

I bought a home this past summer and everything was perfect. The only thing I had any issues with was the outside. It had no visual appeal and really seemed boring to look at. I hired a driver to drop off a few tons of decorative rocks to me and I decided that I wanted to tear up our lawn and have it covered with rocks to try and spruce up the look a bit.

It took a weekend and we had everything covered and it looked ok for the most part. But to be honest it looked just like any other typical home with rocks instead of a lawn. I did not want to be like everyone else that lived on my block. I wanted something that would have my neighbors envy me and wonder how I came up with my amazing idea.

I read up on a Landscaping 4 Home book and it had tons of ideas to really make your home stand out in the crowd. Before fall I picked up all the supplies and tried to mimic an idea I had seen. This time it took a two weekends to have done but it really turned out incredible and my neighbors gave me great compliments on the work I had done. I am glad that I took my time to plan out my idea and read through the entire Landscaping 4 Home book to turn my dream into a reality.
