Language of Development
Language of development mainly consists of consistent symphony of communication and consultations among the companions with commitment of task-completion, sincerity with budding attitude and aloofness from the persons who have always one or other excuses for avoiding their promissory words.
The following virtues, that never get old, are essential for elevations and may be practiced for advancement as achievement is everyone's ambition, whether he is an employee or an employer.
Assertiveness or hostility is a quality that keeps the progress bewildered. In place of this one should try to accommodate himself in gentleness. To remain into the mainstream, one must maintain yes-manship toward acting and thinking while at work. One should never do the thing that hurts some one how small he is in position or capability. One should think twice before he speaks that how he will feel if he is at the listening end. One must make the mind envisaging asit is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that one can do something, he can do it.
Conduct is the mirror of one's character. As the mirror cannot hide one's image, the character cannot stay any one away from the other. One must have only one option to the behaviourial acts and that should be to be well-behaved one.
Conscientious is a quality that needs carefulness. If some one works under you or you have the chance to see some one's problem, attend it immediately and have a redressal attitude. Do not think of delaying it. Solve it and burry for ever. Consideraraion for the ambitions of the concerned one must be taken into positive way.
Down-to-earth is to be realistic and one should never move seeing the flying clouds. One should keep oneself on the authenticity. He should never forget that someone else will help him in need, so he should also do that.
Ethical temperament is the right thinking and it makes a person capable to deal with any situation. One should never look for any selfishness at any stage of achievement and bear in mind that others are also affected by that act.
Fellowship spirit works for all. One does not do all. Group efforts are always mighty. Team leads and wins not a single one. Only one cannot ever win or defeat others. One must be prepared to learn from one's defeat. One is not supposed to win or defeat oneself.
Trust in others' development counts silently and results squashed. For this, the approach is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than what people do or say. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. One must go on with the thought that others' growth should be taken as an act of inspiration and not as an initiator of covetousness.
Goal setting is the primary requirement for the successful aspirant. If one has a pre-set goal, then only the journey to it shall start. One must be effective in setting the maxim. Focus on objective is must for the leader.
Dishonour is shameful at all level. One must stay away from humiliating any one. This can be done only being a disciplined organiser.
Petulance is bad for growth. Lack of enthusiasm generates irritation. No negative approach, no irritation.
Joyful face is the sign of satisfaction. Courage is the ladder on which all the other virtues mount and it comes only when the heart is full of happiness.
Wholeheartedness to patch up is a quality to take action on own risk. This is essential for a good goal setter and advisor or leader. There is no wrong time for doing the right thing.
Leadership skill is that he is constantly updated and a good leader always does it. One should show calmness in all situations. One must praise one's companions for good and creates faith of him in them. One should be always polite and should have courage to give credit of good works to others also. One should not take credit of everything. He should listen more; speak a little as it keeps the work smooth.
Decency is life of working. A good leader enjoys the visionary outlook for comings and goings of prospect.
Cynicism should be discarded and one must be optimist. "When anger rises, one should think of the consequences." Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker.One must keep in mind that failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something one can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.
Reverence is expected everywhere. Age and work-experience is always revered in the society. Merit and strength of the experienced worker should be given understanding. Receptive mind-set gives so much time to the improvement of oneself that one has no time to criticize others.
Soft spokenness in communication skill creates a good impression if it associates with a good body language (of erect standing, smiling face with confidence and self assurance).
A good worker never comes under the shadow of others' working culture. He should maintain his uniqueness as talent is hereditary and the skill is developed.
