Laptop in itself is one big thing. Everything that you see in your conventional desktop has been integrated inside a laptop to give it a more compact look. And this makes it easier to use less complicated and a convenient piece of electronic item. About laptop parts, one must have a clear picture about the various components of this amazing invention of our times.

Every laptop has a Mother Board in to which all chips and circuits are inter woven in such a way that they give the best possible output to the current which passes through these circuits via battery. On the motherboard, there is a processor which is the most prominent part and is responsible for all the functions that a laptop does.

Also helps in processing the data, this part should be of higher configuration for the better performance of the laptop. The very next component is the RAM, which is Random Access Memory and is responsible for the speed at which the data in the laptop is processed. More the RAM, better the speed, low memory means slow speed and high memory equals high speed.

Now comes the other important laptop part that is the Hard Disk. This is where the data is stored. Normally, the hard disk that is in built in the laptop has 80GB to 120GB of space. But still this space is less, and then you can go for external hard disk, for which you would need an adapter to run it separately.

These were few things which are connected to the mother board and one cannot see them from outside. One very important thing is the Battery of the laptop. Until and unless, the battery is fully charged, the laptop would not run effectively when you are mobile. For the durable life of the laptop, it is always advised to run your laptop with the Power Cord connected, which ensures that the battery does not get over charged as this might affect its power back-up.
