Everyone uses storage bins for one purpose or another in the home

, garden and in the office. Large plastic storage bins are indispensable when it comes to storing many big items that are lying around without a proper place to put them in. Storage bins can be used to put away small items as well as big items that cannot be stored inside a cabinet or wardrobe and looks much better in a colorful bin than in a box that can fall apart. When theres limited space in a home, things get messy with lots of clutter that makes the house look untidy and disorganized. If you can plan what to store in which room, you can buy a few storage bins in different colors to store your luggage, childrens toys, even kitchen utensils, and do it yourself tools which can be taken out easily whenever you need them.

I always keep a large plastic storage bin near the kitchen and one in the garden to collect kitchen trash and garden debris respectively. Both come in very useful because at the end of the day, all you have to do is take out the garbage bag thats inside the bin and take it out for the trash collecting truck to take away. This makes it so much easier to keep the kitchen area clean and free of clutter. You can also use large bins to store bulk food items such as potatoes, rice and flour since these bins have air tight lids that keeps them fresh especially during the rainy season. By leaving a storage bin in your childrens room they can be instructed to store their unused toys, puzzles and building blocks so that these things dont clutter up and make a mess of the room.

With everything being recycled these days, setting aside three large plastic storage bins in three different colors is an economical solution to collect your recyclable items. You can use these bins to store bottles and cans that you normally throw away and another for paper and boxes and so on. If you are a garden lover you can also use the waste you dispose of in a separate plastic storage bin without a lid which will come in very useful as compost for your plants.
