Who is Larry Blair?
Larry Blair was an avid lottery player like you and I only that he used his skills as a math professor to step up in his lotto game. This was the project he undertook and to which he gave eight years worth of research. We could say that Mr. Blair is one of Graham Bell's followers, as just like the latter he did not allow failures to deter him from achieving the goal he set for himself.
What was the scheme all about?
After much work and effort Larry Blair finally came with what many would call as the "secret lotto formula" and it was all written in the book he named the "Black Book of Lotto". The author claimed that in the said book a step by step guide on how to pick the winning lottery number is clearly outlined. The formula apparently gives a 48.7% chance of winning.
What is the Larry Blair lotto scam?
It was claimed by Larry Blair's critics that the formula the latter created was just a scam made to fool avid lotto player into buying it. Even with the many testimonials given by those who swore they won by means of the black book were said to have been set up to fool people into believing their claims.
The skepticism comes from the percentage presented. Many were saying the all Larry Blair had was another version of a lotto scam with the use of "math". Critics claimed that the percentage even if raised to a ninety is still no guarantee at all and the player still end up just guessing the outcome of the draw.
