Reliances Samsung i899 Galaxy: This stylish phone would come in black colour with 3.2 inches touch screen with anti scratch coating and other features like Reliance Netconnect, push mail, Bluetooth, WiFi. This phone will be launched shortly on the CDMA network of Reliance Communications.

LG Cookie Fresh GS290 and Cookie plus GS500v: These mid range touch screen handsets have contemporary features to lure the youth population. Features of GS290 include 2Mp camera, social networking, Oxford dictionary, 3.5 mm jack and video editing and 28 MB internal memory which could be extended to 16 GB at just Rs. 6,199. The latter phone supports features like 3Mp camera, social networking, 3G support, 3 way user interface, Facebook Auto Update facility, editable screen shot, etc. at Rs. 7,999.

Sony Ericssons Cedar: It is a fun-filled handset aimed to hit the youth with quick access to social networking sites and email services with the help of 3G HSDPA. It is an ideal product for those looking at a balance between business and networking.

Also, Oscar has recently announced to launch ten handsets in India (East and North India) from prices ranging from minimum 1700 to maximum 4500. One of the phones would have vibration speaker which is new for any entry level phones.
