The quote is rather impressive and much time can be spent on the discussion of practical examples. Leadership is one of the greatest qualities a person may possess. Being a leader, a person is sure to achieve success in any sphere of human life which he/she chooses as a future profession.

Application of leadership skills in different professions

A businessman is a person who has to be in the right place at the right time with a deserving offer. A successful businessman is always a leader. He is able to make people follow him/her without persuasion or force.

Being a doctor, a good leader is able to organize nurses and staff in such a way that all patients are well-attended and personnel is properly organized and provided with necessary responsibilities.

Teachers must be leaders. Modern children do not respect much those who are unable to govern them, who cannot raise a voice on them and who cannot maintain discipline in class.

Social workers are inborn leaders as the responsibilities they have to cope with lies with those. Furthermore, the job they perform requires from those strong character and courageous actions.
