The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force, and fall down into the ring and crushed, and then grinded by roller. The motor of the ore grinder mill drives the grinding table through decelerator. The materials fall down the center of grinding table from feed opening. At the same time, hot air comes into the ore grinder mill from the air inlet. Due to the centrifugal force, materials move to the edge of the grinding table. The materials are pulverized by the roller of the ore grinder mill when by pass of the groove on the grinding table. The crushed materials are brought up by vane high-speed airstream, the larger particles fall down to the grinding table for regrinding. When the materials in the airstream pass the separator on the top of the ore grinder mill, the coarse powder falls down the grinding table for regrinding under the function of rotation rotor. The fine powder comes out with the airstream, and is gathered by the dust catcher. The materials content with moisture will be dried when they meet the hot airstream. Through adjusting the temperature of the hot airstream, the ore grinder mill can meet different materials requirement, and also through adjusting separator, the ore grinder mill can reach proper fineness of materials. What are its characteristics? 1. High efficiency of spare parts. As materials fall from top to bottom, roller and ring of the Coarse Powder Mill (Coarse Mill) are equally worn. Thus the life span of the ore grinder mill could be 3 times higher than that of Raymond Mill. 2. High efficiency of processing fine sand. 80% of the finished sand could be finer than 1-2mm. 3. This ore grinder mill machine could be used as the pre-grinding equipment before ball Mill so as to increase ball mill efficiency by 50%.
