In case you need a screen shot of the whole screen. Go to the screen that you want a screen shot of. Now look for a special key on your keyboard. There would be a key "". This key is also sometimes known as Flower key or Function key or even Apple key. Press Apple key + Shift + 3 for a few seconds. You will hear a clicking sound after which you can release the keys.
