I thanks for my most friends, they will say to me when they need my help: Do not force yourself if you are not convenient. As usual, I can accept something just likeintroduce the experts to me, offer some advisory opinions, supply some data that we can share up in together, have the urgent need in birth, death, illness, and old age. But I will clearly refuse in some other thingsborrow money, want to get commission, arrange your relatives working in your company. Most of us have their own principle, position, and ideal. They can not carry out it because they do not know how to refuse. If you consider to your customs, your face, even some skill, just reluctantly accept, you will be faced with more difficulties.

So learn how to refuse is very important.

My opinion is if you want to know how to refuse, you should persuade yourself first. And you should accept some clear principles. For example, you can not get the money which will be harmful to the healthy; you should have the clear time between family and job. Or even, you promise you will not borrow money to anyone, maybe you will offence someone at one time. But you have got rid of the troubles that will happen. Most of people do not have their own clear principles, because you have some other ideals, so that they will be easy trapped in the dilemma situation.

However, if you want to refuse, you should pay the cost. You will offend your family, you will get some losses, and will be talked by someone. So please be fully prepare for it, you should know when you refuse someone or something, you will get the troubles and pay the cost. We will be our best to reduce it, but it can not be avoid. Our goal is to make the life with career have a good logic.

Of course, how to refuse is also have some skills. For example, you can politely refuse some exercise for has the conflict with your schedule. Some times, my relatives want to arrange their children's job by me, I not refuse them at first. I just talk to their children directly. And tell them my principles, and they will understand me. In fact, the reasonable people majority in the world. We can not make the people be happy when we refuse, but we can make them understand.

So if you know how to refuse something or someone, you will feel relax in your life. At least, you will not be reluctant to do something. And you also can give a good impressive in others. I think this is not a terrible problem. You will live a happier life.
