Learn To Attract The Right Mlm Opportunity Seekers To Your Downline

Every network marketer is searching for MLM opportunity seekers to put in his organization

in order to build a big downline that would bring a lot of money to him. However, attracting them to his business opportunity is one of the most difficult tasks as there are many competitors who want to recruit them to their networks and because the same people who are looking for a multilevel marketing company and a sponsor to join under don't sign up that easily. Many of them would visit your blog or website or join your email list but few of them would commit themselves to work with you in building this business.

That is especially true if you think that most of the prospects are in a state where they dream about the possibilities by joining an MLM opportunity and all the money they would make and the dreamlike way they are going to live when they will succeed, but are afraid of trying to make it a reality. Such people are searching the Internet continuously to find the next big thing in network marketing and they are joining a lot of mailing lists and subscribe almost everywhere but they are more of a trouble to the marketer than an asset, even when they join.

Why is this?

Well, because as I said most of them live in a dreamlike fantasy world concerning the possibility to make money from multilevel marketing. When they join a network marketing opportunity they sit and do nothing expecting that somehow they would become rich by the efforts of the others. It is very hard to get them motivated and to make them start working and even in that case they get disappointed very quickly and they quit very fast. While at the same time you are wasting your precious time and resources trying to push them to work and teach them how to promote and market their opportunity, but to no avail.

Of course, as you understand, if you are a serious marketer that you care about the people in your downline and it is in your personal code of honor to treat each member alike and devote your time and resources to everyone of them, then you end in the losing side. Those opportunity seekers hinder the growth of your network and keep your MLM organization back as a whole.

What you need in your case is not just everyone but the right MLM seekers. Those who are willing to work and learn from you all the "tricks" of the trade and build a successful home based business themselves. Those who have a strong why and goals to achieve and can't be put off easily by the hardships that would come along the way. You want people with patience and the right work ethic so you can both succeed together in this industry.

But how can you attract such opportunity seekers?

Well, it all begins from marketing and advertising. If you put in your advertisement words like "everyone can do it" or "easy as a child's play" or anything along that lines that promises too much and asks for nothing in return, it is natural that you would attract the wrong kind of crowd. The same goes for your MLM blog or website. If in your posts or articles you make sound everything so easy, most probably the same crowd would become your leads or prospects. The crowd that would make things harder for you instead of easier.

On the other hand if you want to attract the right network marketing opp seekers, the ones that would stay for a long time and do the necessary work that would make them succeed, you should need to change your marketing message. You should be honest and tell them exactly what multi-level marketing entails and the amount of work that is required from someone in order to start making money.

Of course you may say that it is only a matter of better screening since most of these people would also become your prospects and join your emailing list. So what you would need afterwords is nothing but a system or procedure capable of screening all your leads in order to find those candidates and work more closely with them.

But unfortunately that reasoning is flawed since most of the serious prospects won't become your MLM leads if they see messages that promises too much. They would probably start looking elsewhere because they would think of you as a scammer as they know that no such thing as a free lunch exists in the world. As a consequence you would be loosing MLM opportunity seekers of the right kind. The kind that build businesses and succeed with most of the things they undertake.
