Anxiety is when you become anxious or fearful of something, you need to know what will trigger the symptoms and control it.

Being anxious can occur when you are uncomfortable in a situation and not knowing how to cope with it, and being able to recognise it and control it is the key. If you feel your heart starts to beat rapidly and you sweat then hold onto that and try not to panic but think of something else that is a strong influence or will take your thoughts away from what is occuring now.

The key to controlling anxiety is to know what areas or situations start it then you can put in place remedies to rectify it.

Concentrating on or redirecting your thoughts to an object or similar does help because your mind is thinking of something else rather than the object of your anxiety. One thing to also remember is that anxiety cannot harm you physically.

Now what you need to do is to identify what triggers the anxiety attack and put in place techniques to control it. If you know what you will be doing through out the day then keep note of what will be happening and prepare yourself ahead of time so you don't feel lost when you do have a anxiety attack. Being anxious will only occur for a short time. Don't let your anxities rule your life if you know when it happens then you can find out why and put in place remedies for it or even if you wanted to investigate it deeper. In the meantime you need to find out what starts it and not hide from it but stop it before it occurs or put in place solutions for it. Another way to see when it occurs is to keep a note or even diarise it.
