Thinking is learned, and one of the primary ways that we learn how to think as children is through our environment

In adulthood, onsite drug and alcohol testing becomes necessary because of these deficiencies, not only in the inherent thinking of the adult, but also in the actual brain connections or depletions which are still being formed and reformed within their minds.
