These days, the majority of Art Schools adopted the system of a famous Russian actor and theatrical director Constantin Sergeyevich Stanislavski. It is the most renowned "system" of actor trainings. Stanislavsky assumed that the guaranty of a good performance is a full transformation. It means that actor should feel and live like his/her character, in other words, one should "experience the part". In this book, he also makes an accentuation on the constant development of actor's voice and diction, music talent and singing. 4. The method of emotional memory is still used by many actors. It means that one should evoke his/her own memories in order to express emotions. However, a bit later Stanislavsky changer it to the physical action as an access to the truthful emotions. 5. Stanislavsky assumed that nobody could teach you to experience emotions. One should work out his/her personal technique.
